3.1 Who Can Use Citrus AI

To use Citrus AI, you must:

 You may NOT use Citrus AI to:

●      Distribute or misuse AI-generated content for non-clinical purposes.
●      Access or attempt to access the system without proper authorization.
●      Engage in reverse engineering, copying, or exploiting Citrus AI’s technology.

Citrus AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Citrus AI is an AI-powered assistant and does NOT replace professional medical judgment.

Citrus AI does not practice medicine or provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a clinical documentation tool, and users remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

Citrus AI is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on its output. 

5. Data Privacy & Security

5.2 Data Ownership

●     Users (healthcare providers) retain ownership of patient data processed through Citrus AI.
●      Citrus AI acts as a data processor, ensuring secure handling and encryption of all patient information. Hence all processed data gets automatically deleted in every 24 hours, however the user/healthcare professional has the option to hold the data under their account for 15 days after which it shall be automatically deleted as well.

Citrus AI operates on a subscription-based model. Users can choose from:
Basic Plan – Limited transcription and AI-assisted notes searching.
Professional Plan – Advanced AI-powered documentation eatures with monthly quota as specified on the pricing page of the website www.getcitrus.ai.
Enterprise Plan – Custom solutions for larger healthcare organizations.

6.2 Payment & Billing

●      Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan.

●      Users must provide valid payment details at sign-up.

●      Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. 

6.3 Refund Policy

●      Refunds may be issued in cases of system failure or service downtime exceeding 48 hours.

●      Users must request refunds via admin@getcitrus.ai within 7 days of the failure of service or the issue incurred. 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of AI Technology

Citrus AI’s:

●      Software, AI models, algorithms, and features are proprietary technology owned by VMLP Healthcare AI Limited.

●      Users may not copy, reproduce, or modify any Citrus AI intellectual property.

7.2 User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of all data, medical notes, and transcriptions created using Citrus AI. However, by using the platform, you grant Citrus AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data for service improvement purposes. 

8. Limitation of Liability

Citrus AI is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:
100% accuracy in AI-generated medical notes.
Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
Compatibility with all third-party healthcare systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citrus AI is not liable for damages arising from:

●      Errors in AI-generated transcriptions.

●      Service interruptions or outages.

●      Data loss due to user mismanagement. 

9. Termination & Suspension

9.1 Grounds for Termination

Citrus AI may suspend or terminate your account if you:

●      Violate these Terms of Use.

●      Engage in unauthorized data access or misuse of AI outputs.

●      Fail to comply with regulatory and security policies.

9.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination:

●      User access to the platform will be revoked.

●      Stored medical data will be securely deleted in compliance with retention policies.

In the event of disputes:
